system. The SBS Sentry
is a.hardware AND software backup and recovery
solution that will
perform backups
and restores from any system equipped with the Agent
code. At the
core of the SBS product is the Red Hat LINUX operating
system. The
stability of .Red Hat along with extensive
device support promises
an industrial
strength solution for organizations with large volumes of data and
small window(s)
of opportunity to perform their backups. With its .X-Windows
GUI and Cheyenne
ARCServe, this solution can be managed without knowledge of
UNIX.
When configured with Oracle software, this product is capable
of backing
up
Oracle databases on cooked or RAW volumes.
